Online OP — Advance Payment (₹500)
- The ₹500 advance payment is collected to confirm your Online OP slot.
- This amount is fully adjusted against your total consultation fee on the day of the appointment.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, the full ₹500 is refunded to your original payment method.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, ₹250 will be refunded.
- If you do not attend the session without prior notice, no refund is issued.

Home Visit Sessions
- Home visit packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced.
- Unused sessions in a package can be transferred to a family member residing at the same address.
- If you wish to discontinue a package before it starts, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
- Package sessions are valid for 60 days from the date of booking.
Clinic Visit Sessions
- Walk-in and scheduled clinic visits are billed at the time of service.
- No advance payment is required for standard clinic visits.
- If a session is cancelled by IJJANA due to therapist unavailability, patients will be rescheduled at no extra cost or offered a full refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the cancellation date.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
- Bank processing may add an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
